So, JBI could easily farm out the making of the catalyst, and it probably makes sense to do so.



i think the whole issue is that JB wanted to keep the catalyst as secret as possible so no one else could use it. correct me if im wrong. so owning the company that makes the catalyst makes sense to me if only for that reason.
