That is standard language in probably 90% of the OTCBB securities. Nice NOL if they need it.

I picked up the alert from another forum that says they have partnered with another company. Maybe they have and maybe they haven't, I have no idea, but liked the technicals enough to put a couple bucks in it.

Worth a few bucks to see where it goes. Certainly not investing my life savings here.
