The T/A and Routh Stock Transfer work with a lot of companies but are licensed by the SEC and that is who they have to answer to no matter how it is sliced. The rants against the Transfer Agent are starting to wear a little thin. If you have some questions for him I would suggest that you call on the phone and speak to him directly!
