I have sent an email to Shelley, Admin lady to ask for clarification. I hope somehow that is what it is as they would help us all to see what's going on. As I have admitted before...I don't understand "computer" stuff very well so have no clue if it's possible. I just took their words for it. I had no reason to question it.
