Obviously someone owned the number - and the voicemail - for the number listed on Locan's EDGAR listing.

That number is still on Locan's listing! There hasn't been an official filing, so the number for Locan is still the number, until official PR says otherwise!

THAT is a simple explanation for why the number is the same, but the company picking it up is not!

I'm just saying...
