Looks like just any other YAGI-connected company, so yeah, it's as real as the 200+ other companies who fared just as well as NEOM has.

Moreover, there are YAGI victim/companies out there that did reverse splits, got their PPS's up into dimes and quarters range, YAGI dumped more and the PPS ended up right back where it started before the R/S ... AFTER the reverse splits.
