L2 CSTI is a busy man! L2 repeats its self over and over when it move up or down. This stock is strong and CSTI wants all he can get for as low as he can get it. He dropped the price to get shares then he brings the price up to get day traders out, day traders lose interest in the stock then the stock moves up more, then day traders come back in to play
