I contacted MMTC management today about S510, the volume, and price action. S510 will likely have a grace period of six months or so before implementation, but it certainly should help them if it passes. The volume and price action are likely due to year end tax selling, but management has no way of knowing if this is true or not. For investors with a long term horizon, this may be a good opportunity to pick up cheap shares. According to MMTC management, MMTC shares are historically cheap at this time of year.
