Did I miss some sort of big news or update as to why they have not filed? I was under the impression that it had to be accomplished last week....as something changed?

I disagree that the longer it takes the bigger the impact...I think all of us would welcome news of any sort anytime to boost our confidence. I do not care how many folks talk to the CEO or anyone else, until it is filed in writing, we have nothing....seen this same sort of action happen too many times and people get burned.

This information is way overdue....either file or post a PR as for the reason of the delay....you owe it to your shareholders...
