as much of a case study that this has become-----it COULD be a doozy for morris.if ,in fact,he does NOT have financing beyond the 1st 350k ---and there are still only a handfull of "customers"------my guess,you could see post pps sub penny and any potential 505s headed for the hills----the way morris chose to run this aground actually could close the doors here for good.
