Well it's obvious the lawfirm is just handling the fda issue and not advising Dean on what or what not to say! I would expected that Dean would just say he can't comment on company related issues on FB and that he will update everyone by email after the show. That would be the proper way to handle this type of information...to insinuate that new imagery exist or that he had a conversation wiht 510K reviewer may not be material but it certainly inst just random info Dean posted for fun.
