It looks more to me that based on the communication that CBIS did not have all their ducks in a row. It looks to me that we are still right where we started except that we are now looking to Dec instead of Nov. I also noticed that it was still "Proposed", nothing approved by FINRA either.....nice going CBIS. Let's hope you can get it right this time
