I understand that, but it will be a successful suit and may get each shareholder a few pennies each. My point is that was one where they produced false Pr's as well as false 10-q's which lead to a lawsuit that would be heard. now it was a much bigger scam than this one is. If there was never any real intentions for the picasso to be bought or sold that would fall under the same materially false Pr's that they got SPNG on.

Most here know they won't get money back, but want to see EV burn which the SPNG CEO's are going to do.

By the way I am not an investor here just someone following the "saga"
