Would you not agree that Scottrade & Etrade are most likely just slow to what TD (the larger) has had to do per DTC ?

It wasn't a phone call I received, and maybe mistranslated.
If the "DTC found they are not settling trades" - It is only a matter of time (short) that this will get locked won by all, and usually never quick to exit.

I have only a small ammount here as spec play from almost 18 Months ago. I do not wish anyone lose money. I am trying to post facts I was given by a very large broker.
