Actually it was the NT-10Q, which is a 5 day extension for the 10Q filing, and it has already expired. The sooner the 10Q comes out the better. TRDY was delisted from OTCQB to pinksheets because they haven't filed within the proper time frame, however some here are speculating that they delayed the release of the 10Q because they want to release an 8k with it simultaneously.
