you and everyone here who do not understand how this works are ignoring one of the biggest pieces of the dillution right in front of your eyes. Equiti. how do you think MDGC paid them? the company has no money in the bank and no revenue so how can they pay a promoter? they pay them in stock. and trust me Equiti, depending upon the restriction if there is one, will be selling so fast it will spin your head. it's how the game is played I am not making it up go look on goog and read about it. it's been going on for 50 years and its how these houses like Equiti survive. they pump, they get paid in stock, they sell the stock.
