Jim just ruined the company and trust of the shareholders. He is a true sack of dog crap. There were numerous emails from him and PR's saying NO REVERSE SPLIT in 2010...What a jackass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He makes himself look like special ed by saying this crap and then the very next day change his mind. I invested alot of money is this company only to have it vanish in one PR.

These new investors that require Jim to do a reverse split must have the brains of a field mouse. Do they really think a $1.00 pps will hold more than about 2 seconds on Dec 13th??????????? I swear people have no more common sense !!!

It's amazing Jim was able to be successful at his other ventures with his schizophrenia mentality. Complete jackass!!!
