I think this week we have the disclosure statements filed..things are going on, but at a very slow pace, would have been better if MMG and UWRL didnt use "soon" and mislead shareholders that things were close to completion.

I feel we see a huge vol. again today, another 100mil

once all we need is filed wednesday - friday, it will be worth the wait...imo
