Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, the depository has not yet received the TTDZD shares. There really isn't an official timeframe for delivery, but the company could face heavy fines if there was a law suit or legal action taken. This length of time is common for many OTC/pink sheet companies as they have to deliver physical certificates to the depository as opposed to electronic shares. We hope to have them soon.
