eMax Media Group offers a combination of products and services. The Company also has good
relations with peers in the entertainment industry, and as a result is able to do joint ventures.
Through that process, eMax Media Group can take an investment in various projects whether or
not it originates or produces them.
Cross marketing of divisional product lines holds an enormous opportunity to open new retail
markets for all of the Company's products. In addition, cross selling and distribution create
efficiencies and economies of scale for all divisions.
