my guess .02 to .04, probably have to wait til the 1 quarters report though. again just my guess. the dilution, in part, is killing this thing. i'm sure the company has good reason though.


= the reason is because they need CASH in order to survive until their S1 comes thru and is approved by the SEC I would guess.

No other reason for them to sell shares apart from in order to raise cash to carry on running this biz.

Sit tight, it will bounce.
