But the 10Q specifically says that debt will be cancelled and Burnham will be given equity in MMAC instead. It has nothing to do with buying the TRDY shell. You actually think that this paragraph means that the Stan Larson who bought this shell had to pay off the 2.7 million owed to Burnham?

"MMAC will transfer such equity to the Company which will then transfer it to Burnham in consideration of the cancellation by Burnham of the $2.7 million of personal debt owed by the Company to him"
