The meeting is suppose to be about voting for the members of the board. I don't see a reason to cancel that. And they also said discussions of the future of the company. And in earlier press release the discussed about letters of intent between them and other organizations that would be finished up by no later than the forth quarter. I understand though,u have to be careful.
