I do wish Bob would give us his take on the chinese contract with our co-partner....Surly China would not award 1st phase contract unless completion date of 1st phase was established ....I would think Bob would comment on this contract unless our participation was too minimal for any comment!!...Oh well, time will tell!! I do find his silence disturbing...
