Little background on Greg Cornley Sr., new CEO of Petro America Corp:

Doing DD on this guy to see what qualifies him for a CEO position was not real easy, but a source of mine from Kansas City that knows Mr. Cornley and Petro America Corp well gave me a little background information.

Mr. Cornley used to work as a certified nurses assistant in Kansas.

His last job was working in an underground cave doing assembly line work. He got injured and quit working.

He hired an attorney by the name of Darren Fulcher and sued the company he worked for to collect compensation for his injuries.

Darren Fulcher you might remember is the Attorney that represented Owen Hawkins/Petro America Corp in the matter of the Cease and Desist Order from the state of Missouri.

Mr. Cornley hasn't worked since that job. I'm told he doesn't have any background in stocks/securities or business management experience.

He has had a role with Petro America Corp as a strong inside supporter of Owen Hawkins. In September of 2010, Mr. Cornley sold some Petro America Corp securities to Rashad Jones' father. The Jones family requested a refund and never got any answers.

This source described Greg Cornley Sr. as nothing more than an Owen Hawkins' Pawn.

Now I'm not saying Mr. Cornley is a good guy or a bad guy. I don't know him and I'm not judging him. I'm also not giving my opinion about whether or not I think he could make a good CEO - again I don't know him. Just giving you a little background information as it was shared with me.
