I posted this several weeks ago. I would have liked to email Wayne Armstrong to get his input to where this is in the evaluation phase. Wayne Armstrong is listed on LEI's web site as Sr. Vice President of Operations. He has been involved with JCSD business with ITT and is named as one of the contributors to the patent. If anyone knows what's going on with this, he would.
WHY IS HE NOT LISTED IN THE CONTACTS. IF HE IS SR. VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS WHY DOESN'T HE HAVE A FREAKIN EMAIL ADDRESS?

"Official reply from ######### states: "The JCSD effort morphed into a
""Multi Mission Multi Threat Detector (M3TD) Technology Evaluation" to
provide a broader look at threats and technologies. The evaluation program is under review at the JPEO CBD and awaiting approval. Once approved, results of the 18 month evaluation will identify candidate technologies for military utility in various missions (contact and non-contact) supporting
the Next Generation Chemical Point Detector and other platform payload requirements as well as any additional mission capabilities identified."

Note also that DHS is involved in JCSD-like technology in the LISA (R) Man-Portable. This is also an ITT Corp developmental item and employs UV laser and RAMAN technology also.

If interested, you could probably find more information from ITT Corp.""
