Now is the time to buy, IMHO.. It sure is better to buy while the volume is down rather than wait until it all of a sudden starts to run and everyone is wondering why and blindly jumping in looking for the quick flip..

Remember that you make your money when you BUY the stock. The selling is just the collection phase and the better you did one the front end depends on how much$$$ you collect during that phase..
