Facts are pretty simple. We have tmobile at the table with 22 days left to reach an agreement. Once thats done we have etsablished liability for other multiple and significant infringers to line up and pay as well. The state case has absolutley no bearing whatsoever on the TM status or outcome of negotiations. Twist it, spin it, confuse it, manipulate it, misrepresent it anyway you want but these are the facts. This price of .10 will be ancient history. The argument then will be what is the future value of all payments and liscensing fees of not only this patent but the others the compnay holds. The present BOD has committed more than anyone can possibly imagine in terms of time, capital and sincere honest representation for our benefit that all other prior boards combined.
