I take today's P.R. as a positive.

1) We now know that McDermott Will & Emery are fully behind IMGG and this tells me they believe a 510k resubmission can be successful.

2) The 'De Novo' and 'PMA' processes were not necessary most likely due to the code issued with the NSE. Most probable NSE code for DVIS is (UD or UR) , i.e unable to determine SE due to missing data or unreliable data.

3) Dean is moving things along at a brisk pace and continues to keep share holders updated on a regular basis.
