It is nice to see people coming in that actually know how to do some DD on their own and make up their own mind as to buying, selling, holding, flipping or whatever. Listening to message board chatter either postitive or negative is a quick way to screw around and lose money. I see us coming off the floor myself and hopefully we get a nice run and some sustained gains outta the deal.
