I think that Hector dumped him as the last significant relic of Jerry's "yes man" team about a year ago. He was Senior VEEP of maaaaketing...need I say more ?

For all the value AMD gets from marketing, they just as well cut costs and make the Senior VP of marketing a minimum wage position. Heck, how about a 39 hours a week part time job. Then they won't have to pay benefits.
