They better get their paperwork filed first. Legit companies and for that matter, investors don't like companies that can't seem to get their 10-K's in. There is no good reason for not getting this thing filed. I am not buying into this big cat that is going to get out of the bag and our competitors will take advantage BS. IMO we are set for a little downfall here until 10K is out(good or bad results). It just doesn't look good for the company. Pretty soon we will have the yield sign and then back to the CE.
