Jenna.. you are partly correct...
not all good news has made the PPS increase but the news that everyone is waiting on is not your average news. If the mill permit is approved that will be the biggest news this company has had, running mill equals cash flow that will move the PPS considerably. If the news on the 2nd is good then PPS should see a small increase until the 15th, good news on the 15th PPS will increase big.
