I now have facts for you.
1. Jaycee is wrong. The forward went through.FINRA approved. Public record)
2. The Transfer Agaent did not quit as stated 20 times.
3. Tranfer agent send certificates to DTC OVER 40 days ago.
4. A tracking number was supplied.
5. DTC received the certificates.
6. DTC mispaced certificates for brokers.
7. DTC found certificates 3 weeks ago.
As told the certificates were made out to brokerage houses in full not electronicly as told. Am told each broerage house has to issue them seperately to each account.
When this joke started i was told it would all take 2-3 weeks. Its now 8 weeks.
Friend was told it was because it was a Canadian company and thats is why. Most of us know the SCFR is a Nevada company for sure. More stories.
What i have also learned is that ATLANTIS did exactly what they were suppose to do and that the mess comes from DTC, FINRA and all the brokers except for optionsexpress.
To me it all smells of DTC and SEC incompetance.
After 3 weeks of investigations at a cost of thousands of dollars i have learned that ATNP has 5 employee's for the last year.
Dubeau didn't lie about the box.Out soursed company's failed to meet obligations as promised in writting..
Case against Atlantis and Dubeau is not a hearing but court case in Ft Lauderdale, FL.in front of Judge and Jury. It is public i believe and if so read the Motion to Dismiss.
We should be fighting together and NOT let the SEC and BROKERS take all our money.
If you like loosing money continue to fight instead of joing the fight against DTC,etc.
It is the opinion of 2 lawyers and 1 private investagater that the SEC is dead wrong. Dubeau put his money into project.
We also found out that Atlantis's rent and saleriers exceeds $20,000 per month without Dubeau taking a penny.
Add up the months and see where our money goes.
We should all stop fighting and join togeher to bring multi million dollar law suit against DCT,etc.
BTW: There were 2 informants in the Atlantis case and lied to SEC to gain freedom. Word all over S Florida along with the names of the snitches who lied.
For the record i am stuck 57,500 dollars plus lawyer and PI fee's.
Also, could somebody tell me why MAXM has been on top since Sept,30.In the last week he has let VERT move above him. Now in years of watching Atlantis i have never seen MAXM even on the board. It smells bad and why would NITE let that happen?????Ask yourself that...
