I do. However, there's a half dozen issues. Your brokerage application limits you to arbitration. You would need a sworn statement from Megas stating there is a short. You would need a signed statment from the Transfer Agent showing the brokerage has sold more than the brokerage holds in their master cert. Otherwise, you have sheiss.

You also have the SOL issues. 2 to 5 years which started with the filing Megas released stating he had to settle by reissuing new shares to cover Pino's mess.
