You are talking about 2 different subjects, For what I read in the last file, The court in New York does not have anything to do with the CTO been revoked.The case in New York was between AVVAA an NIR, and reading the release papers, the 2 parties already agree that NIR will recieved there money with shares that it will be payable weekly after CTO is been revoked. NIR wants the CTO revoked so they can there money, that's why NIR put in the contract the 100K pay to them if AVVAA does not get the CTO revoked. After NIR already did not charge AVVAA before for the same subject. Bottom line NIR is waiting or expecting from AVVAA to get the CTO revoked before the 30th.
