I have tried to address your concerns in the press release. You MUST read the press release VERY carefully. I spend a lot of time writing those press releases, and I would appreciate people reading and understanding the press releases.
To put it a little more bluntly,
Lecere has had NO money in its checking account for four weeks. ZERO. NADA. Because of this, Lecere has effectively been dormant for about four weeks.
In order to remedy this situation and get us rolling again, I have located two groups of investors. One of these investor groups DOES NOT WANT US TO DO A REVERSE SPLIT. The other investor group REQUIRES US TO DO A REVERSE SPLIT BEFORE THEY WILL EVEN CONSIDER INVESTING.
The investor groups who DID NOT want us to do a reverse split DECIDED NOT TO INVEST. The other investor groups I have found who MIGHT invest in Lecere REQUIRED US TO DO A REVERSE SPLIT BEFORE THEY WOULD EVEN CONSIDER AN INVESTMENT.
Are you with me so far?
So would you have me follow the wishes of those WHO DO NOT WISH TO INVEST FURTHER IN LECERE (such as yourself, apparently, and a lot of other armchair quarterbacks on iHub) or THOSE INVESTORS WHO MIGHT PROVIDE SEVERAL MILLION DOLLARS OF FUNDING IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS?
That is a very easy question to answer, and I believe you have seen my answer.
Would you rather see Lecere turn out the lights and go home or get an infusion of several million dollars of operating capital that should take us to profitability?
Even a crook knows the answer to that question.
