my personal opinion is that there are much greater powers that put us back in these levels than you or I... whoever is buying has VERY deep pockets and didn't have any problem in pushing the pps all the way up to .0029 from .0002.... This tells me someone either wants a very large position in this company or news has begun to leak from third parties that may be involved in any deal-makings with the company.
