I ran across a post during the day about ICOA found the board read a few posts and this one caught my attention along with the OS redduction Post

bottom line to all of the above: I conclude that ICOA is still officially being listed as a pink stock, with the PK designation after its ticker, but that SOON, WE are going to see an OB after its ticker symbol, the which, when it (SOON?) happens, that should be the cause of a good deal of new money, & perhaps even big money, buying into ''ICOA.OB'

Looking through the PR's i found the comapny filed with the SEC as a non reporting company and more recently PR'd to file and become transparent.

In the foreseeable future, after completion of the above action items, management intends to complete and file a Form-10 with the SEC. Containing audited statements and other necessary information, the Company expects to then be reinstated on the Over The Counter Bulletin Board.

From the little i have seen this could be a great entry point IMO
