IMO.
Time has passed for the initial hiring
stages, and IMO, they are ready to start the
extracting process. Contracting and the like
have been set-up several months ago, knowing
what they already had in the ground.
Any News now that is to come, will be News that
sends this towards the .30 mark, and anyone that
tries to time their Buy according to News will
be chasing all the way up.
Thats why its very wise IMO to buy now before
you see Extraction News, that is about to happen,
rather than watch the PPS sky-rocket and ask everyone...
I thought they were starting Next Year???
Next Year is already here....
