Unfortunately I agree concerning the TPS outcome. If they 'win', it might provide a framework for the EC to pursue. However the bigger concern is why isn't Susman fighting like these TPS lawyers are? They got themselves to the head of the line while our firm languishes as we 'hope' they bring in a game changer to the POR hearings.

It's the kind of vigor that the TPS teams possesses which could get them some type of settlement. Where is that fire from our team? Justin Nelson sure didn't have it during the DS hearing.

Well, we'll know more on Dec 1; the harbinger for me will be if Susman himself shows up. If he is not even at this all important fight, then I think we know where they stand.
