Lol, that's fine, I still don't care what people think of my opinion here. At this point Susman has to prove to me what he is capable of, because so far I haven't seen the magic from this man.
I mean, let's say he's an auto mechanic. I ask what should I do to fix my transmission. He says we'll do a. b. and c. Then after I've paid 3 million bucks as I'm driving away the transmission falls out from under the car and I crash. That's pretty much how I view his decision to go with the examiner now, lol. Now sure, no one could have predicted Holchberg wouldn't do a damn thing, but as the expert Susman should have seen the high potential for that to occur - and perhaps not put all equities eggs in that basket.
Let's just say I'm less than confident he'll be able to prove the POR should be rejected. I'm more pinning my hopes on TPS producing a wedge here that the EC can 'ride the coattails on' as 'Judge' Walrath so eloquently stated.
