Agreed. My thoughts are that it won't be confirmed on Dec 1, only because it gives a disposition on preferreds and REITS, BUT the TPS trial starts on Dec 1st as well.

So that leads me to believe that the POR cannot be confirmed as it stands because of the fact that the TPS trial will give the disposition of the TPS and the POR will have to be amended.

This gives time SS and Soloman time as well as information extracted from the TPS trial.
