The objective is to get this stock trading again and in a stable manner. Which means, the CEO has to provide the transparency needed in order to lock in more investors and long play traders, day traders are welcomed of course. You see at least 60% of all volume in the previous years and in the next 5 years will be induced by traders, they are providing the liquidity in the markets. Considering I began as a day-trader myself I have nothing against day-traders but in order for a stock to make gains and sustain them two things must happen. One, the company needs to become as transparent as possible in order to provide current shareholders and prospective investors the information they need in order to determine if this is a good investment and for how long. Then awareness and interest must be made to bring the liquidity needed in order to instill confidence needed to trade the stock regularly. No one is going to invest or trade the stock if they cant quantify any profits. Lastly, the company needs to fully execute its business plan in order to grow and provide the incentive through steadily increasing profit margins for investors. Once, all this is in place the stock will not only have already climbed to its true value which should be in the penny range but also it would have the liquidity/bid support gained through market confidence via transparencey, that it needs to sustained itself trading at those levels.
