From the tone of the email, I don't think they are anywhere close. Sounds like desperation is manic. Try getting anyone to donate this time of year after they have been lied to for so long, not likely going to happen. Still not sure of the legalities of the company soliciting funds for his defense at this point, probably the account will be seized and frozen as well; jmo
