I didn't suggest that everybody call the attorney. I suggested that Looking4truth call because they said they were "skeptical and suspicious" of what's going on over there.

But to answer your question. No, I don't think it would be overkill for somebody considering giving money to Petro America Corp LDF to call the attorney to verify that there is actually an escrow account set up and to also verify other details from the solicitations. I also do not think it is overkill for somebody that was solicited for money to verify the facts either. They are asking you to make your checks and money orders payable to the attorney after all.

I know your the glass half full person, but this company has a history of not being completely trustworthy so no amount of caution with your money when it comes to people involved with Petro America Corp is too much caution in my opinion.
