Attn everyone. There are many pinksheet stocks which miss their delivery date. The better performing of those are the stocks which deliver on what has been PR'd by the company...such as making changes to ensure that the financials are reported on time for the following quarter. Those that keep churning out meaningless PRs and failing to deliever on most of their forward-looking statements are those that have been underperforming over the last year...perhaps worth a fraction of what they were at the begining of 2010(hint...hint).

These stocks aren't failing for no reason. If you take a look at what was planned within the PRs and what was actually delivered, you'll see that those stocks are the ones that are failing.

It's not rocket science. Deliver in the things you plan...or at least have more wins than failures, and the stock will do well.

IMO, the market is tired of hearing the next best thing coming from this stock...and never seeing results.
