I don't think people understand that buy back statement. It means they will buy back a certian amount of shares up to $3mill worth. lets say for example they want 2 mil shares if they can get those shares at 30 cents ave. that would mean they would be spending $600k. Now if they had to max that out at a ave of 1.5 per share it would be the $3 mil like they said. I promise you a few of the owners have the $ to buy there own personal shares if it benefits them in the long run because of a buy out or anything of that sort.
