Based on what i've read so far the "COMMONS" hold a sizable percentage of this Co. (CPRK)(Q)
1st) lienholders fronted $7.5m
2nd) " " " " $4.0m
3rd) " " " " $1.0m
Common stock " " " $5.0m
(WE) commons put in as much money as the 2nd & 3rd added together, that in my opinion holds alot of wieght, around 30%.
IMO, that is why the commons will not be canceled.
Just to add a little more, if your not apart of the solution, then your part of the problem.
EC is going to be apart of the solution, that helps bring CPRK(Q) back to life. JMHO
