Yesterday we went to a " Pet Smart Store " in a neighboring city. We took all 3 Whippets, Mom/Dad, and Son. We were the total Attraction, as most people have never seen a Whippet in person. Most people thought our Whippets were just shorter Greyhounds, the Racing Type...LOL
I do have to say in all my years, I have Never seen a Whippet in person also. Until I started looking at the Breed, I had never even heard of the Name Whippet. I just thought the name in it's self sounded Weird. Had no Clue it was the Medium sized Greyhound...{:>))) We have never seen a Whippet in our City or at the Dog Park......
